1. Pan Mixer (Model PM500)

The REVA pan mixer is reckoned for its uniform mixing of fly ash, grinded lime, gypsum, various granular and coarse objects in their powder form
The powder is conveyed from the electric motor to the pan mixer by using a heavy duty worm reduction gear box which is located below the pan mixer
The wearing liner plates are attached by bolts and these can be removed easily if required
Trouble free bottom unloading system
Cast iron made heavy duty rollers that rotate on bearings that are equipped with metal seals. These roller are instrumental in grinding the materials in required size and shape
The special alloy  steel made changeable discharge and mixing blades are designed with hard faced tips
The pan mixer is operated by 3 electric motors with 15 H.P. operating capacity. The mixing capacity of this pan mixer is 500 kgs.

2. Belt Conveyor

• REVA Belt Conveyor has been fabricated by using durable steel frame.
•  Its 3 H.P, electric motor has significant role in transmission of power to its conveyor roller and reduction box
• The mixing speed of its fly ash mixing unit depends on the operating speed of the brick producing machine
• Nylon belt made conveyor belt is equipped with rubber top
• Both sides of its friction free idlers are equipped with seals to act as barrier against fly ash and dust particles.

3. Hopper

The collecting Hopper located at the bottom of the discharge gate of pan mixer is used for collection of blended materials from the pan mixer and the additional amount of mixing material is released by its belt conveyor. It is attached with the frame of bolt conveyor.

4. REVA Brick Machine

• The hydraulically driven REVA Brick Making Machine is controlled by PLC and this automatic machine is featured with error detection mechanism with digital displaying system
• Can integrate with computer
• This machine can apply around 35 tonnes of hydraulic force to maintain uniform shape of produced bricks
• It is equipped with adjustable compressive force
• Fabricated by using heavy duty steel, this machine can withstand all sorts of heavy loads for its utilization of standard quality raw materials
• Molds with different configurations can be attached and maximum size of mold is 250mm x 100mm
• Various sorts of frogs and monograms can be designed on produced bricks
• The production rate of this machine can be adjusted between 10,000 to 12,000 bricks per shift or more and that too at very affordable cost
• The hydraulic oil cooling system of this machine helps in its smooth operation
• This machine is driven  three phase 15 H.P electric motor and is attached to hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic motor and direction control valves
• It is also equipped with hydraulic table rotation system and 3 stationed PLC controller with automatic as well as manual operating facility

5. Pallet Trucks

• The Pallet trucks are specially fabricated for trouble free handling of brick equipped pallets and smooth conveyance of fly ash bricks by utilizing minimum labor
• Available with three pneumatic tyre wheels
• Hydraulically controlled manual system for elevating or lowering the pallets
  

6. Manual Batching System

It contains weight measurement system with digital display or dialing facility

7. Auto Batching System

• It consists of radial hopper or storage hopper weigh bin which is designed with pneumatically operated gates for loading of and and fly ash, electricity/hydraulically driven rotation system
• Its water batching system is equipped with feeding pump and digital display function
